      Pros

      A very nice place to work, competent manager, great work culture, goals/KPI are very fair and you get a lot of support to reach your goals. Compensation is great as well. Feel very valued.

      Cons

      How good a company is to work for depends very much on you as well, it is a fantastic place to work if you like a more fast pace workstyle where you are always trying to push for improvements and ways to reach your goal.
