Remote Workers are 2nd class Citizen and are forced out

the company move fast, you need to move fast with it. A lot is given to the employees so the company expects a lot in return. Working-life balance can be challenging depending on your Manager and where your Team is based (US, Europe and/or Asia --> meeting can be quite early and/or quite late following the different time-zones). Performance are generally evaluated not (or not only) based on specific goals, but also based on what your colleagues from the same team on a global level have achieved compared to you (kind of benchmark performance review). So maybe your goal was X and you do X+10, but most of your teammates achieve X+30, so you can get a "doesn't meet expectations" on your review. And because of this, the environment tends to be more and more competitive (which maybe for someone can be a "pros")
