      Pros

      + Supportive environment that helps you develop professionally and personally. + Competitive salaries and quarterly bonuses. + Coworkers are fun, bright, pleasant, professional and genuinely enjoy their work. This all makes for a great work environment! + Practically everyone gets a 10' x 10' office with a door - very nice.

      Cons

      + Location in Natick is difficult to get to by public transportation; you really need a car. + Limited work from home and flex schedule options.

      Pros

      Wednesday breakfasts, Friday cookies, team outings, company outings, bright coworkers, opportunities to learn, casual culture, 6 month release cycle.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly. Because of this, many projects/problems overlap across teams and I have seen competition between teams to solve problems rather than cooperation amongst them. The only other (minor) negative is location.
