      Overall it was a nice place to work.

      Pros

      It was a nice work environment and people were friendly. They had good benefits and a casual dress code. The covered parking was nice in the winter time.

      Cons

      They were constantly changes processes and a large number of people had to approve even small changes. Nothing could be done quickly because they needed to collaborate with 5+ other people.
