Pros

Excellent software quality and strong focus on sound engineering.

Cons

Rather slow decision making on technical projects. Significantly below average compensation with opaque performance based increases. Hypocritical approach to diversity: example very public support for women in STEM and diversity. Meanwhile most senior technical positions are occupied by white middle aged men with advanced degrees from oxbridge. Appalling parental leave in the UK (legal minimum required for a long time with paltry increase following other tech companies) which is made worse by withholding stakeholder bonus while on leave. This bonus is objectively small since the compensation is overall low but the principle is at odds with the stated values of the company.

Pros

You get to work with some of the top scientists and engineers in the world (clients).

Cons

Company refuses to allow WFH which is causing senior people to leave and new people aren't replacing them since they can go work somewhere else for higher pay and WFH. Sales management is awful. One manager likes to brag about how they've never sold anything before and tries to avoid as much work as possible. One manager is okay at their job but will never fight for you. Upper sales management is useless and keeps pushing weekly sales challenges that take us away from our already overburdened funnels (due to not being able to hire). Insurance is okay, but could be better Salary is not competitive for the area. Good luck trying to buy a house within 2 hours of the office.
