Pros

Working at a global company like Magna adds credibility to your resume, especially if you're aiming for future roles in corporate, administrative, or project management fields.

Cons

Most of the people in leadership are older and set in their ways. Manager was really strict and liked to show they were in charge over the smallest things. The whole vibe was outdated and kind of draining if you're someone who prefers a more modern or chill work environment. Also, HR talks a lot about being there for employees, but in practice. Don’t expect much support if there’s a conflict.
