      Talented employees hindered by poor management and politics

      Pros

      Numerous hard working and talented employees/contributors. Most teams support one another. Plenty of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Awful management ruined employee morale. Significant amount of office politics and shoe shining is needed to get on their good side. There is some fear of retaliation.
