      Diverse opportunity to interact with numerous suppliers

      Cons

      For the sake of profit the largest margins Magna largely purchases from the cheapest supplier but holds high standards to prevent OEM complaints. As a result the SQE gets bombarded issuing complaints and tracking them to closure.

      Good Work Culture. Friendly Teammates but it depends on the team.

      Cons

      Need to 8.5 hours everyday and you can not use extra hours to next day

      Easy to network, Plenty of great people to connect and learn from. Fairly "flat" organization makes it easy to reach out to whoever.

      Cons

      The compensation is either matching or lower than competition.
