      Hectic working environment with low degree of personal development

      Pros

      Some nice employees and I got some insights in an automotive supplier business. Restaurant next to the offices. Very intertwined working as it was a project.

      Cons

      Unpleasantly hectic working environment. No development programme for interns. Interns often used for jobs which they aren't supposed to do. I support learning by doing, but this was to much.

      Tremendous efforts put forth to make sure the production personnel are comfortable and happy with the work environment. Corporate and Division level engineer groups focus heavily on R&D to bring innovation into the production facilities

      Cons

      Potentially long work hours. Technical groups have in the past been overlooked on QOL issues.
