1. Good salary 2. In general nice colleagues 3. The company per se is a nice place to work 4. 30 days of vacations

Poor management from managers: due to the unprofessional conduct and lack of managerial support from my manager. While the manager may be knowledgeable in the field, his/her management style was detrimental to my confidence. Also, this manager was only giving bad feedback making me feel demotivated and insecure about myself.
