I have seen big change in working culture of Metro India. Culture is moving towards transparency and performance driven. I have witnessed many internal promotions in last one year while it was difficult year for the company due various external issues like GST, demonitisation etc. One big opportunity area opened up for employees are overseas assignments and this year few of the associates already got placed in different countries in the world. The company have very good leadership with long term vision with sustainability.

Pros

Nice place to work, flexible hours, you’ve got up to date computers/servers/network equipment. A lot of benefits are offered by the company (health insurance, pension plan, gym subscription etc)

Cons

The inconvenient is that the office is located a little bit away from public transport (though they offer own buses).
