-Decent pay for a fresher. -Great exposure for someone inclined towards retail The job exposes you to all parts of the trade from customer interactions , market studies, pricing control etc.

Cons

-Unrealistic expectations. -Poor coordination between upper management and store operations. -Unacceptable work timings. The departments are not coordinated to let you go on time, and you are actually looked down upon if you leave on time and others cannot.
