      Fun place to work, friendly coworkers, lots of training and travel, competitive salary, and great performance bonuses.

      Cons

      It has all typical disadvantages of a big company, slow to react to market changes, lots of wasted time on unproductive meetings, lack of application of industry best practices, difficulty for employees from small countries to move to international career.
