Pros

MBDA really looks after its employees in every way, except salary. The benefits are good, the pension is not bad, the yearly bonus is usually pretty good and the Stevenage site had a lot of investment put into it. It is a lovely place to work and is very laid back.

Cons

The salary is not very competitive compared to other large engineering companies. Getting a promotion is hard work, even if you've proven you are working at a level above your pay grade.
