Pros

Friendly environment, helpful staff, allows you to work core hours hours and make up time around it meaning you are not stuck to a set time you need to leave/ start as long as you work a set amount of hours per week.

Cons

Only small issue is that I have on and off problems that sometimes cause me to need to use the elevator rather than the stairs. I've started waiting till no one is around till using it because of the occasional person that grumbles that they don't understand why I'm using it and I don't want to explain myself repeatedly.

Pros

MBDA offer great opportunities to learn and grow. They really encourage people to stay so let you grow and move around. The work life balance is brilliant. The restaurant food is amazing and so cheap. MBDA really look after their employees.

Cons

Sometimes parking is difficult at peak times.

Pros

The interview process and on Boarding process were an example for many other companies The opportunity to meet the team informally for lunch one day before I started was very encouraging IT equipment (Laptop), rfemote access procedures and other equipment were provided on my first day

Cons

The security clearance process took so long and didn't finish first time. I had to withdraw and accept an offer elsewhere. This was accelerated second time and reached a successful conclusion
