Pros

Strong emphasis on it's people, their wellbeing, support and development. A feeling of community and closeness which has been retained despite doubling in size over past 10 years. A vast number of employee led support networks have been established to help employees to feel like they belong at MBDA. A strong emphasis on company values and leading by example. Job security and high workload over coming years.

Cons

Rapid growth has caused a need to revert back to basics on some fundamental practices and principles. Timescales and pace of business can sometimes be viewed as slow or frustrating for some joining from other companies or industries. However, a lot of focus is being applied here to change traditional cultures and become more agile.
