MBDA provides a set of strategic behaviours, products, and services into the Defence Market. MBDA prides it self on flexible working for the majority of its employees. The work life balance has been a huge helps to me becoming a new first time mum. Everyone is encouraged to work towards Service outcomes and Goals as set by each program and each employee is feels empowered to deliver.

Cons

The company’s IT equipment and applications would benefit from modern technology available within the Industry market. Collaboration in secure cloud environments would be advantageous.

Dynamic working environment, to suit anyone’s schedule. Caring company with lots of employee benefits. Annual pay increase and company performance bonus. Sense of pride and achievement by the work we do, to help support countries Defence.

Paid fairly but would love to be paid more, but who doesn’t!
