- Overtime pay and dynamic working makes work life balance enjoyable. - The company also offers a great pension scheme and access to BAE shares. - The people are brilliant and there are lots of experienced engineers to learn from. - The company allows you to complete lots of training and gain great experiences.

Cons

- Things can move slowly due to internal processes and gaining access to documents or software. - Placements do lack structure and are organised last minute. - Pay is low.
