I've worked at MBDA for a number of years now and there are a number of key reasons for staying; Culture- MBDA has a people first culture. By investing in people and ensuring their needs are met, this leads to us being able to support the meeting of other objectives and those of out customers. Mission- We are protecting our national sovereignty and that of our partner nations. We really make a difference. People- There is a genuine enthusiasm by all employees to assist others and to ensure we do what's best for both individuals and the business. Colleagues generally care about each others well being and support wherever they can.

Cons

Process Heavy- MBDA is dominated by processes that can prevent agility. Many of these are required due to the nature of our business, but those who thrive in a quick pace environment will need to evaluate whether they can adapt to a process focused one.
