Pros

My role has a healthy workload and I have a real sense of purpose at MBDA. I feel like a valued employee, where success are celebrated and challenges are tackled and overcome with support of my team. With the numerous networks available, I am able to be my authentic self. I have discovered more about my neurodiversity, which my manager and team and have been fully supportive with, even opting to educate themselves in a bid to further support me. My work-life balance is the best I've ever had with flexible working hours , and the company offer incredible benefits and perks including a large open plan coffee shop where I can comfortably take a break if I need too, at a subsidised rate.

Cons

I really enjoy working at MBDA and have no cons that I can think of.

Good flexi package interesting work home working subsidised canteen well air conditioned office space free parking vibrant team from all backgrounds

Cons

Not the worst Ive seen but still heavily male dominated in engineering Again, not the worst I have seen but I have witnessed some extraordinary behaviour that I put down to feelings of insecurity.

Pros

Friendly work environment, recently refurbished offices and plenty of flexibility. The balance of home working and office time is impressive given the security requirements. Management spend a lot on the staff in terms of training, facilities, etc.

Cons

A big company so lots of the usual inefficiencies and communication issues. Some bad project management practices lead to a bit of frustration due to lack of accountability.
