Pros
My role has a healthy workload and I have a real sense of purpose at MBDA. I feel like a valued employee, where success are celebrated and challenges are tackled and overcome with support of my team. With the numerous networks available, I am able to be my authentic self. I have discovered more about my neurodiversity, which my manager and team and have been fully supportive with, even opting to educate themselves in a bid to further support me. My work-life balance is the best I've ever had with flexible working hours , and the company offer incredible benefits and perks including a large open plan coffee shop where I can comfortably take a break if I need too, at a subsidised rate.

I really enjoy working at MBDA and have no cons that I can think of.
