Always lots of Job roles advertised Opportunity to buy shares in BAE systems Shift patterns that suit the Applicant are sometimes offered Company bonus white goods / technology 'buy now pay later' vouchers.

Cons

Stakeholders do not recognise skills potential of colleagues. Do not take Appraisals seriously or actively push for upskilling when identified. lack of Career progression Those who are multiskilled and very experienced from previous job rolls outside of MBDA are pigeon holed into 1 roll and 1 skill. Not all national bank holidays are available as holidays. No reward for innovative ideas when implemented.
