Pros

If you want to be treated with kindness, respected and values no matter your disability or ethnic background, if you want to work for a company that does everything in their power to give you the best opportunity at reaching your potential, if you want to work for a company and realize you have just landed a career for life, then MBDA is leagues Infront of other companies.

Cons

My only criticism is that sometimes I feel that we are too laid back. Coming from an industry where everything is due yesterday and a high pressure environment it sounds too good to be true but can also be difficult to get used to a new way of working where everything is slower and more methodical.

A great company with interesting products & good people.

Pros

• Knowing you are contributing to giving our Armed Services (& those of our allies) the products they need. • Supportive colleagues & managers. • Good communication of news, communities of interest etc. • Dynamic working (hybrid working). • Lots of training available. • A variety of work. • Plus you get to work on guided missiles!

Cons

Only a few:- • Multiple sites in UK & abroad, so I have not actually met most of my colleagues (yet), • Can be 'complicated' accessing MBDA France information.
