Good team ethics. People willing to help new starters. Discounted food/drink in cafeteria. Interest in improving and being a strong employer. Some very cool technology being developed and researched.

Cons

Site locations tend to be a bit isolated and annual leave allowance relatively modest.

The people, the camaraderie, the work itself, benefits are good. Work-life balance excellent, you are well looked after if you have a family. Facilities are good, offices pleasant.

Cons

Poorly run projects, management who resist change. Culture sometimes doesn't reflect values. Sometimes, in some parts of the company, diversity and inclusion could have been better.
