Pros

Having been with MBDA for nearly 2 years, I have found the various sites to be extremely modern with exceptionally clean working environments. Colleagues are very helpful and friendly and have provided a very warm welcome to the various teams. There are vast opportunities for personal growth and MBDA are very supportive in helping you realise your potential.

Cons

Due to the speed of growth in the business it sometimes takes time to put structures in place, however there are measures in place and it is fully appreicated with the ambition to improve.

Training is insufficient for the role. Lack of trust in teams and with management. Roles and responsibilities are not clear enough to know who is responsible for between PC and the wider team.
