Great flexible working system allowing a perfect work life balance, Strong project management processes and structures that work Engineering teams that respect business team and work together well. Friendly atmosphere on site.

Cons

Work load can fluctuate massively. Management don't always have the best knowledge of what is going on at a working level.

Pros

Flexible Working so I can plan around family commitments Very supportive Teams who all work hard for each other Good communication with Line Management Recognition system to give/receive thanks for good work Always treated fairly and with respect Never had any conflicts with colleagues in 2 years I've worked here Very competitive pay Investment in training and development

Cons

Slightly under-resourced at the moment so work is very busy with constant deadlines to meet Personal choice but I WFH almost 100% and therefore can feel disconnected/isolated from my Team Often we have large tasks to complete in a very short timeframe, which can lead to conflicts of priorities and creation of a stressful environment during that period of working to the deadline
