Pros

Nespresso Business Solution was a great job, the freedom in place for you to grow and deliver was second to none. The opposite to the field sales position, where you were micro managed. The Area Manager was a very relaxed and supportive, Overall I enjoyed my time with Nespresso.

Pros

Training, other reps can be very supportive

Cons

Very long hours because of admin work that is required, often duplicating admin that you have already done. Micro managing is out of this world, doesn't matter if you are hitting target or not. Commission pays are unknown until 'prov 2' due to poor IT systems. Lyreco have the vision to go far, however they are always looking to diversify instead of mastering the last product launch. If you can handle micro management and long hours for poor reward then this is for you.
