Pros

Great, supportive colleagues with a good team spirit Superb staff facilities at Head Office Logistics / Delivery systems are second to none

Cons

Very very Admin heavy role, but the expectation for this and a target number of meetings each month mean very long working hours. Appalling level of training in use of systems which the company depend on you using to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports Very very repetitive Admin

Great induction and sales training Management take the time to get to know you and support your career. Every day is different, the only sales job that doesn’t look at figures and looks more at your own activity.

Cons

Sometimes long hours but if you want to push boundaries and earn promotions it’s worth it in the long run.
