relatively good job security great work life balance median salary for large corporations good benefits cool products people seem reasonable and ethical
Cons
I've had a couple managers who rarely interact with their own teams because they are in meetings all day. Team members who are "experienced" seem to have out of date skills. Younger, "less experienced" individuals drive innovation and should be rewarded/promoted. Good place if you want to clock in/out but frustrating if you want more than that.
