4/10 is the best schedule i have ever worked flexible hours

poor leadership lack of true work culture just another cog in the machine terrible pto (sick time is built in and pto is accrued over time) food on campus is terrible micromanagement

- Rarely get promoted - Salary is average compared to industry peers... Room for improvement. - I feel like upper management (VP and up level) do not care how overworked employees are. Rather you put your head down and get the work done versus voicing your opinion.
