Lockheed is a very fractured company and i am sure people reading about Lockheed are confused when they read reviews at web sites like this one. Lockheed divisions have different work weeks, pay bands in other works the Salary grades are standardized but the actual high and lows for the same cities can vary 15%. Work week varies, holiday schedule, amount of money you contribute to the health plan as well as the actual plan. Pay for performance merely means you will probably get more than the guy that performs less however they do force managers to put all their employees into groups poor good better best so someone has to be in the poor group pretty much no matter what. Managers are overworked some have 30+ employees to manage in addition to an actual job, plus now managers have to manage employees user accounts and new hires.
