Pros

Some work is interesting but it depends on the project. Most of the work was to fix errors and consequenses of not following procedures.

Cons

If you have a bad boss, get a new job. Bosses do not have the ability to manage people. Company promotes highly inadequate managers. Most of the employees are not satisfied with their bosses....from micromanaged to completely ignored. Bosses only interested in what it will do for them personally. Bosses do not support their staff.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and gain many skills that are valuable in the industry. The teams of people are some of the brightest that you'll encounter and very productive. Compensation is competitive, and benefits are spectacular.

Cons

Depending on the program that you are on, there are limited opportunities to grow. Most programs are on government contracts, so you will be required to work with slower-paced and less adept government workers.
