Pros

10% 401K Match, when you are off work, you are off work

Cons

Timecards = billable hours, need 4 days of 10 billable hours which means loooong days. The data analytics and tools are horrendous, way behind the industry and especially anything close to Tech company. LM is certainly not a tech company in terms of rate of adoption and data analytics. Cranky coworkers - because many people are waiting for pension eligibility, they work for Lockheed long after they want to. Makes for a terrible environment. I had managers use me, a 22 year old, to try to settle a score of a 30 year grudge. The pay for the first 1-8 years of your career is far below market. I had one of the hardest jobs I knew and made $49k….out of a nationally ranked supply chain school…Upper levels are doing better.
