Pros

Flexible hours, challenging work, opportunities for growth. I plan to hopefully return one day. I only left because our division got sold to an investment firm so didn't have a choice. Now I'm with the company called The SI Organization, Inc. which is all about money and does not care one bit about its employees.

Cons

Too many levels of management.

Pros

Great company for incoming college hires. You get to build your resume and experience (again, only if you're early in your career)

Cons

Lots of politics with upper management. VERY hard to get promoted. You basically have to threaten to leave the company in order for someone to consider you for a promotion to keep you. Lots of cuts happening across the business.

Layoffs are made and sometimes it isn't based on current merit.
