Business Outlook
Pros
Great atmosphere to work at for starting out. As an intern I was given many opportunities (as many as the full time employees were given), and they foster an environment for open-thought and growth.
Cons
Pay scale seems low in comparison to other defense contractors (such as Northrop Grumman). They do not offer bonuses, and this is a major drawback. They also do not pay for any extra time off at the end of the year, either you use it or lose it (no compensation).
