Pros
Salary and benifits package are on par with other large companies. Job duties are relatively easy although very small in scope and repetative.
Cons
EBS Management has no desire to see employees grow in their careers. Job duties do not provide good work experience and are very repetative clerical accounting work. Promotions are insignificant to non-existent depending on who your manager is. Flexible work schedule is based on what your manager agees with. Good performers seem to be punished with more work and poor performers are looked at as hard workers because of the excess time it takes to complete tasks. The key to success isn't hard work but rather long hours.
