      Pros

      A big enough company that gives you the option to relocate. Good management, benefits, time off, and education assistantce.

      Cons

      Minimal pay raises, be sure to negotiate your salary as high as possible prior to starting with them as their pay raise structure is so computerized it gives the managers no flexibility.

      Pros

      Lockheed Martin provides good benefits and steady employment. Management styles differ throughout, so each experience is different. I would work recommend giving the company consideration.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement can be quite difficult. Working hard isn't always recognized, and one can feel unnoticed, under appreciated, and disrespected.

      competitive wage, generous relocation assistance, generous monthly housing allowance, offers substantial leadership development programs (full-time only) enabling people to do rotations throughout the organization all over the US, flexible scheduling

      slow days are not unusual, not all assignments are cutting edge, typical paperwork and bureaucracy associated with all defense positions,
