      A joy to be working here!

      Pros

      Positive thinking and engaged employees. The culture is awesome, whatever culture we had prior to the acquisition was carried over and is improved. Permanent work from home, the company had a progressive outlook on managing the pandemic status of employees here locally.

      Cons

      The changes in roles made processes a bit challenging due to the changes.

      Great company to start career but not stay long-term

      Pros

      Young, dynamic, and casual work environment, great to start career after university. Good benefits and amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      Low salaries, long hours, and high turnover. Key resourceful employees leave for better paying companies, which stunts the overall growth and development of the company to stay competitive with their product offering. Company is stuck in a "startup" like phase, that can't mature due to C-level management being out of touch with the product and employees on the front line. Very low salaries for the amount of work done, benefits don't always match the low pay and extra work put in. Longer than 40 hour work weeks.
