      Constantly Shifting Management and Toxic Culture

      Pros

      - Salary is not bad - Stock option plan is good (though it's tanking) - Pressure is relatively low, in the end no one really cares about sprints or their feasibility. Most successful people are those that pretend to work hard

      Cons

      - Company has no vision to reach their goals, it changes based on panic by management - Culture is very toxic . This company, unfortunately, seems to be stuck in a cycle of poor management. If you value stability, clear direction, and a healthy work culture, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

      Benefits - remote working Thats all !

      Cons

      Teams are totally underwater! They dont know what to do - where to go ! They are blaming each other for everything. Teams are not working as teams they are just getting backfired by people that are people and culture. No help, shouting at people. Dont go there... and if take what you can and go!

      Great product but toxic work environment

      Strong product Great offices Good benefits

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, management is clueless and hide behind slack or emails. No one leads by example. Just look to scaremonger instead of providing you with the appropriate tools to be successful. Don't trust anyone.
