      Management made my life a nightmare

      Benefits Fun office Good to get foot in the door for tech skills Free lunch and fun parties

      Cons

      My managers worked together to be so evil and make my teams life miserable. In any of the positions I had I either had no work or so much i felt like I was drowning. People are cliquey and kind of catty. There are nice people too but it really felt like high school and not in a fun way. Layoffs happen often so the vibes are low right now honestly Really, really underpaid. Now you have to kiss up hard to get promotions so many managers are lacking technical skills needed for their roles

      C-Suite are clueless about what they are doing Everything is created in NOAM which doesn't translate to APAC Top of the chain has no clue about what's going on at the bottom of the chain Underhand sales tactics
