      Great company, great team, lot of work but best work of your life

      Pros

      Great team, Great co-workers, very smart people and some very smart high management persons. Management is listening to employees regarding happiness at work, learning paths and carrier growth. You can work on great projects and have a big impact on the company. The energy is good and your co-workers will become your friends. On the first interview with HR, they told me that they want their employee to do the best work in their life, and I do believe that this is what I am doing now!

      Cons

      You do have to put on the work but you will get rewarded. As a high growth company, you will have to meet your target and might get stressed a bit. Not your typical 9-5 (which can be a great thing depending on your personality).

      THE place to work in Montreal!

      Pros

      Where do i start. We work in a castle! We get tons of free snacks and apparel. You get your own MacBook, your Opus is paid for, salary is great, option to work from home if you feel like it, etc, etc, etc. The office culture is something I had only seen in movies till now. The entire team is highly motivated and come to work to kick butt everyday. It's a very "work hard, play hard" atmosphere with incredible opportunity for growth. It's exciting to work for a company that has accomplished so much and still has so much potential. I think what I appreciate the most is the diversity among the staff. Our CEO and President always stress how important it is for this company to continue to thrive!

      Cons

      Lightspeed isn't your typical 9-5 job, especially in sales. Get ready to work hard but reap amazing benefits!

      Pros

      Young, exciting place to work with great coworkers. I actually look forward to come to work everyday instead of counting down the hours to my lunch hour and end of day. Beautiful workspaces and very supportive environment.

      Cons

      If you don't feel comfortable working with quotas, this may not be the place for you. They will do whatever they can to help but quotas aren't for everyone.
