      If you like where making sure that you are engaging in chit chat all day on their slack channel is their main focus

      Cons

      Management team thinks that they have everything under control and thinks that everyone is SO happy to be there because of their culture when in reality every rep on the team knew that if you didn't engage in chit chat you were on the chopping block.

      Learned a lot while working there; there were also a lot of great company social events.

      Cons

      High pressure work environment and, at the time, not much support from management. They were going through a lot of growing pains at the time so perhaps the situation has improved.
