- The thrill and sense of accomplishment you get from working with a team that is rowing in the same direction to create the best products and the best customer experience. - The employees in the company are the biggest asset, they are the best colleagues you will ever have. - The chances of advancement are huge if you are motivated , ambitious and hard working.

Cons

If you are not comfortable with change, Lightspeed may not be the best fit for you.

This company is going places, being at Quebec's first tech unicorn means you have huge opportunity, if you're willing to work really hard and deliver results. Results are the most important thing, no matter what is required. The opportunity to make mistakes and do new things is huge if you're self motivated and entrepreneurial. You get the chance to try things that most company's would never give to anyone. Great office culture with free food and booze, colleagues are great and want this place to succeed. Huge party's when we succeed.

Cons

Don't expect to be home by 6, this is high growth tech, it requires all hands on deck at all times, considered normal to work 12 hour days. Little to no training for staff. Low salary.

Lightspeed does a great job making everyone feel at home. We are one big family and hard work is recognized in many different ways. Career growth and advancement is achievable as long as you put your mind to it and stand out in the crowd.

Cons

I wish the days were longer because time flies by way too quickly!
