      Amazing work environment - beautiful office, close to metro, tons of resources at your fingertips, family vibes Outstanding benefits - fitness, health, travel, etc. Groundbreaking product - world leading POS software (Retail & Restaurant) Commissions are REAL - monthly, quarterly & yearly commissions + president's club for over 105% achievers!

      Like anything in life, have to put in the work in order to reap the benefits - nothing comes easy!

      Pros

      - Fantastic Benefits (Bixi, amazing health options, stock options, and more): it is very apparent that Lightspeed cares about the employees from the very first day you start - Colleagues are amazing: I've worked at some amazing places, but the level of employee talent here is off the charts. Everyone from my immediate team to other departments is really focused on the same goals. - Rewarding: in sales we have the opportunity to make our own way and it can be super rewarding (both financially and personally).

      Cons

      - Work/life balance can be difficult: one of the most common complaints is about work/life balance. This can be true, but honestly, it's the same with almost any company out there. I don't think Lightspeed is too demanding in comparison to other jobs out there.
