At Lightspeed, we monitor the market and offer a competitive compensation package tailored to each region, as well as offering stock options. We know it takes hard work here, and some days are longer than others but we want people to feel part of our continuous growth. In the sales team, quotas are inevitable, and while they are an important factor in Lightspeed’s success, we still appreciate everyone’s contribution towards them.
