The leadership team has a very strong vision and is great at communicating this vision acros all levels of the organization. There is a strong drive to continuously improve and execute on the companies strategy. Lightspeed also highly values inclusion and equality. They really appreciate their employees and have several secundairy benefits and (training) programs to increase employee retention and happiness. I strongly believe this is just the start for lightspeed and lightspeed will achieve great things!

Cons

It's a fast changing environment that is evolving and growing very rapidly. As an employee, you need to be able to deal with this constant change.

Cons

No options to work part-time unless there are circumstances like having a kid or completing studies. Could be a bigger focus on personal development within the company from the beginning of your time there
