There is free shirts/sweaters, there is foosball/darts/ps4, there is food/snacks, there is fair compensation, there is company stocks($$$) but most importantly there is care and understanding - and Lightspeed is not afraid to show it. Lightspeed is an organization, you will forever be glad to have worked for in hindsight. They are truly onto something profound and have an unshakable vibrant culture.

Cons

Not many restaurants around for lunch.

You work a LOT! Be ready to stay until 6pm and even later towards the end of the month. You may be asked to come on the weekends if you have not attained your quota. But if you love to make money, want to start a career in sales, then that's the place.
