Pros

A friendly, young, fun team Meals provided if you work late Social events, company parties, swag New software and processes are being implemented constantly to improve AP process LOTS of room to grow, learn and advance A-Z AP process so you can touch many different elements of AP unlike some companies where you're stuck with specific tasks only

Cons

High workload with overtime needed at month end (if you like to keep busy it's the perfect place for you) Young team so the process isn't smooth yet (but it's getting there!)

Pros

Company culture is very social. Lots of perks. Great benefits.

Cons

Somewhat of a social pyramid. If you don’t socialize enough it will lesson your chance of success. This is not just a clock in clock out job. It is 100% tele-sales. If you’re looking for an office job research tele-marketing and tele-sales before accepting this job. You have to be persistent. You’re expected to call nice people who have kindly refused your offer back again and again. Get used to people hanging up on you. The overall targets will make you doubt yourself if you ever thought you could be in sales. This is not your typical sales because it’s on the phone you have a few minutes to sell anybody on the idea of buying software. And finally there is no work life balance at this company. You’re either all lightspeed or you’re out. You will be expected to stay longer or at least pressured because everyone else does (you’ll look like a slacker for taking your whole hour lunch). Especially if you haven’t met your target be expected to stay 1 hour later everyday till you do if you ever do. I’d say this job is best for anyone who doesn’t have much to do outside of work.
