      A roller-coaster, if you're into that sort of thing

      Pros

      There's a lot going on, in a lot of different spaces. It feels like the company continues to grow, develop, and head in positive directions.

      Cons

      Sometimes the pace can feel quite frantic. The realities of the number of acquisitions and global nature of the company can make it difficult at times to know who you need to talk to and feel like you're across everything.

      Self aware organisation striving to do their best by their team

      Pros

      Lots of focus on staff and how to allow them to be their authentic selves at work. Lots of flexibility to allow room for life while also being part of a high performing, high growth company.

      Cons

      Internal systems can be a bit challenging but huge efforts are underway to improve after many acquisitions.

      It is a great global company work. They have many opportunities to grove your career. It is based on small agile teams.

      Cons

      Their package might be less than competitors but overall they have great benefits.
