      Great place to work with little job mobility and ok salary.

      Pros

      - Good work culture. - Safe to fail / safe to disagree environment. - Most people really care about the product and the company. - There is a general desire to do good by our users. - Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Most relevant decisions come top-down. - For a company of this size and profile, salary should be a lot better. - The annual raises are essentially correcting for inflation (2 to 3%). - Very hard to move up. A lot of programmers stay with the same job title for many years. - Titles are quite meaningless. Doesn't always correspond to knowledge or experience. - Promotions appear to be rather arbitrary.

      Pros

      Fun and exciting place and industry! People are bright, engaged and committed to making a positive impact. A really collaborative and easy-going environment. Leadership does a great job at trying to bring people together. Great and generous perks. Tons of challenges and opportunities to work on different assignments.

      Cons

      A little chaotic at times, priorities are shifting and there are some lack of efficiencies.

      A sad state of affairs

      Pros

      Nice people with the right intentions. Free snacks and lunches. Good perks with flexibility, gym, health benefits Growth with acquisitions

      Cons

      Seems great at first and on the outside, but it feels like a fake, shell company, hollow on the inside. Exec team is out of touch with employee issues, impersonable, and don't connect claiming spirituality when the company is in disarray with incompetent leaders who scream the loudest gets the attention and promotion. What is promoted in the book is the opposite of what's happening at the company. When you have a company full of "leaders" and no followers, everyone is going in all direction. Full chaos
